As a valued member of our front desk team, she is often the first person clients meet in person. Brenda plays a key role in welcoming visitors and facilitating their appointments efficiently. Alongside her reception duties, she manages incoming mail, carefully scanning, filing, and promptly notifying clients about important notices to ensure no deadlines are missed. She also assists with client communications by handling phone calls, texts, and emails, helping to maintain smooth and organized daily operations.
